  1. Policy

    91看片 recognizes that its students retain the rights provided by the United States and Montana Constitutions, Federal and State statutes, and other applicable University policy, while attending 91看片. The provisions of 91看片 Policy 101.1 Student Conduct Code are intended to be consistent with these rights, and to limit or restrict only conduct that goes beyond the responsible exercise of these rights recognized by law.

  2. Purpose

    The purpose of this policy is to outline the rights and responsibilities of students at the University of Montana Western.

  3. Procedures

    The Student Conduct Code is published in the 91看片 Student Handbook.
